DiabeVita is a full service Family Medical Practice. We provide a comprehensive range of professional medical services for the entire family–from pediatrics to geriatrics Same-day appointments are available every day. As your trusted family care center, we treat all common acute and chronic ailments & from chickenpox to cuts to coronary artery disease. We provide preventative care, physicals and screenings for all ages. Dr. Hilts has the experience and equipment to perform many minor procedures.

We work closely with many specialists and refer whenever appropriate. Dr. Hilts has collaborative privileges at Scottsdale Shea and Osborn Hospitals. With close communication, inpatient hospital care is provided through Sound Inpatient Physicians at Scottsdale Osborn Hospital, and Scottsdale Physician’s Group at Scottsdale Shea Hospital.

We also offer a special emphasis on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with diabetes. A major goal for Dr. Hilts is preventing diabetes in people at risk, like adults and children who have family members with diabetes.
